Best Product for Vinyl
#16
Hyper Dressing is great, but for actual vinyl you may also want to consider Meguiar's M40. It has mild cleaning agents, and a great matte finish with lasting protection. I use it for interiors since it doesn't leave a gross, oily feeling that collects dust. It can also be used in engine bays or other exterior plastics, rubber, and vinyl.
Hyper Dressing rocks, but is shinier and a little more sticky. I use that for wheel wells, engine bays, and tires.

I'll also add that I really like M39 for cleaning -- even if it's only light cleaning (light cleaning means less dwell time with this product). Another product to consider is Vinylex.
