Paint flaking off

On the top of my truck, its a supercab.. The 2 indentions that I guess strenghten the roof and I guess act as small rain gutters, the paint is flaking off..i don't know if this is a ford thing or my thing..

Anybody else have this or have you fixed this,,I've been using touch up paint but its not the best way...

Got any other ideas or what to use??

New to this site for this exact reason. My paint is flaking off in the same spots. What a joke. How hard is it to paint brand new metal and make it last for more than 5 years? The dealer said it is from the sun, Ford says it is out of warranty, SOL and contact the dealer on how to fix it. Their is a TSB on how for the dealer to fix it and what the problem is.
