Exclamation Bumper gap

I have an 01 S-crew, and I want to know if there is a way to "move up" the front bumper??

I don't like the annoying gap that is between the front bumper and the grill peice.

yup totally possible, have a friend help, you will need to unbolt the 4 bolts that hold the bumper to the frame horns. Just back them off a little so you can move the bumper, dont need to completely remove them. You also can move the bumper side to side this way, so be careful and have a trustworthy friend

will the factory placed tow hooks get in the way of moving it?
or will they move with it?
