Anyone ever try "Forever Black" trim restorer?

It supposedly contains a black dye to bring back the plastic trim to its original look, All the plastic is pretty sunburned on my Screw and was thinking of painting it all with Krylon fusion but thought I might give this a try first, if anyone has some experience with it please let me know..http://www.foreverblack.com/

and no, this isn't spam...

Ok well I bit the bullet and picked some up off of ebay...reading the feedback this guy has it sounds like it's the real deal and holds up to weather. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I used Showroom Restore and it's holding up just great down this way.

I use Meguiars Esterior Trim Detailer and it works really good, if it gets on anything but the trim it wipes right off and works instantly. Awesome stuff, not long long term but def between washes.

EDIT: I notice that says dis-continued, but I know you can get it at Pep Boys and Autozone

back to black is horrible. The only thing it is good at is cleaning wax off the trim. Back to black will run like no other

B2B has to be one of if not the worst trim restorer that I have ever used. Haven't heard one good true comment about it yet. It's like just rubbing oil or grease on just to watch it run of as it rains or the next time you wash your truck. Black Wow is the only thing that I probably will use on my truck as well as on other cars or truck details that I will do in the future. So rich and full of flavor plus you only have to use about the size of a pin head drop to do the window. Great stuff!

well, I failed to get pics because I seem to have lost the charger for my camera. I did apply the "Forever Black" today to the bed caps, window moldings and rear bumper cap. It looks great as of today. We are expecting rain this weekend so I will see how it holds up to the elements this weekend.

Just got my Black Wow in today and put it to the test. "Wow" is right. My stock dark gray plastic trim was turning white(Fender flares, handles, rail caps, etc). Now it's all back to brand new. l I have tried lots of other products. This stuff is amazing.

it will look good for the first few weeks, then it starts to fade and you will see the streaks from when you applied it.. for it to keep looking good you must apply it every few weeks.

i gave up on using the restore products and just painted all of my textured plastic with Krylon Fusion satin black.. this has held up for almost a year now. still looks GREAT, even on the plastic on my nerf bars show no signs of wear.

Paint it with Fusion and be done with it.

Oh, and Back to Black is worthless. I threw away a near full bottle.
