Cigarette burn in Carpet

I know that im probley gonna get a *** reaming for this but yes, i smoke in the truck.

Drove to texas Nonstop and on the way during the night at somepoint the cherry fell and hit the carpet and now have a big cig hole in it its not bad but it aint pretty.

Any tips and tricks to fill the hole up with some carpet i can find in a remote spot in the truck?

I've done this before:

Cut out a little piece from somewhere inconspicuous. Take that and cut it up into little fiber pieces then mix a small amount of glue into it(Gorilla glue or equiv). Fill hole.

This brings to mind a guy I knew who fixed seats with burn holes or rips. He would actually cut out the burned edges of the upholstery and then pull it together. He then took his needle and thread and simply sewed it. Did a pretty damn good job too. I don't think you would be able to stretch the carpet but who knows, worth a shot anyways.

Do they make round razor blades?

so i can cut a perfect hole from one place and cut the same hole where the burn is at?

and just fill it like it wasent even there?

something like a holesaw but just a razor without the teeth?

Do you have a picture of it, or dimensions of it?

Here's a couple of ideas to consider:
#1 If you cut a square hole around the burn, then cut your replacement patch slightly larger, and then trim for a perfect fit.

#2 If you want to do a round hole, you can use a piece of thin wall copper tubing. Then file a bevel on the inside lip to make a very sharp cutting edge. It'll be like a cookie cutter or a hole saw without the teeth. Cut your patch the same way. A dime is just under 3/4". Good luck with the repair.

Get a sweater shaver, it has a little plastic cup to collect the threads.
and Shave rug under a seat that you wont see. Electric trimmer on battery razor will also work, but you have to pick up trimmings

Put glue into burn hole, and cover with shavings
