Clay bar/paint restoration ???
#17
{UPDATE}
I have been able to go back over the hood on my truck with the same Meguiar's White clay bar with a ton more effort. FINALLY after the 3rd time claying it, I have it baby azz smooth! Very proud of myself! I will have it finished and waxed hopefully by the end of the weekend! Keep and eye out for finished pictures!

I will have a Dewalt high speed buffer in possession this weekend...so it may take me a few days to get this just perfect...also its raining here and not looking like the weekend will be a "detailing" weekend. I have completed the clay bar on the entire front clip(hood, fenders and bumper) on my truck as well as the tailgate and rear bumper. I may be going to a buddies house tomorrow that has a nice sized garage to stash it in and do the rest of the claying...At any rate, pics will be posted on a BEAUTIFUL sunny day...I know the trick to making photos of vehicles pop!

OK....All Cleaned up!
After 15hours, 3 clay bars, and many days with sore arms, here is my 04 FX4 Clean! I ended up not using the buffer. I just didn't trust myself with it. At any rate, here are the pictures. I did not take any pictures up close, but may at some point once the truck has been professionally buffed. Let me know what you guys think!
