Swirl removal

What's the best product for removing swirls that's also safe on clear coats? I've seen many but have heard they can eat away at the clear coat after a couple uses. Thanks.

How will you applying it. If its with a DA #205 from Meguires will do the trick. Im assuming its light swirls.

Yes, just light swirls. I was hoping to find something I can just apply by hand (like you would with wax) and simply buff off. I have some Turtle Wax swirl / scratch removal compound stuff right now.. But not sure if I should use it.
