I went into Sears a few weeks back looking for the quick connects that posted above and ran across the nozzle. Not only that but I ran across some quick connects which I thought were neat. The one you posted above, if I'm not mistaken you have to shut off the valve to stop the water. These quick connects that I bought below work a little different. The crazy thing is that I was suprised and excited like a little kid in Sears ( I know ppl thought I was crazy) Once you pull the quick connect down to release the nozzle the water is automatically stopped. If you get a chance check them out at Sears but here at two pics. My only problem with the quick connects similar to the one you posted above is that all I could find were the brass ones and I didn't want brass due to lead. So what do you thinkof these?

Whatever works man. If they work then I'd say you did good. I just looked for the quick connect and shut off valves with the biggest openings so not to restrict flow at all or as little as possible. Also they looked like they would take a bit of abuse. I'm really hard on my toys. Well, actually I'm hard on everything I touch. Wait a minute... you know what I mean!

Chris, it's just as easy to mix up a bucket of ONR as it is to use QD, and it's going to mar less. You can also mix it (in different strengths) and use it as a QD or a clay lube.
