Cool

Okay, I had mixed results with the leaf blower until I discovered something.

I'm not the best at keeping the truck waxed. Well, I've discovered that if the truck is waxed, the leaf blower works really well. No streaks. No residue. When the wax isn't doing it's job, I get some residue.

I've also switched from washing the truck in the afternoon to washing in the morning. The water doesn't dry as fast so there's much less spotting.

BTW, whoever suggested masking off the black trim before you wax the paint is a genius. I got a roll of that blue painter's masking tape, taped off the trim on half the truck and waxed it. No white residue on the trim! Then, I ripped off the tape and reapplied it to the other side of the truck. Works great!
