Question Leather Seat Wear

I have a 99 F150 SC Lariat with the tan leather split bench seat. Granted I have put some miles on it (about 30,000 in 13 months) but the leather is starting to crack. I have cleaned it and used conditioner on several occasions. What can I do? I have also had the leather steering wheel replaced about 8 months ago. The stitching was pulling and the leather was getting an odd "ruffness" at the one seam. It looked bad. The new steering wheel is doing the same thing. SHould I try to take them in before my 36,000 is up?

The best tool on this site is the search button. I did a search under "Interior Care" for any date "leather seat" and found a bunch.
