I'd dab that spot with some touchup paint and leave it alone except for keeping it waxed - until you are prepared to get the hood repainted. There's no way you are going to be able to blend and reclear it yourself without making it look worse than it does now.

Yeah its actually pretty good right now. Nobody would be able to tell unless i pointed it out or they were really looking. And hopefully with some wax over it might look better i hope.

I am going to have to repaint my hood sometime anyways it has those heat crack blisters on it. I guess just another excuse to fab up some hood scoops bondo and re paint. haha

Well i started at 9am. Washed her, clay bared, ultimate compound, and finally 2.0 wax. Finished 7pm.... all by hand. My arm feels like its going to fall off but damn she looks good. I have no energy left for pictures so use your imagination.

WOW. 10 hours in this heat and humidity detailing an F150. My hats off to you.
