I read this article, so I figured I'd post it.

The best thing you can do is get a bottle of salt-free seltzer water, put your thumb over the top, shake the bottle, and spray it at the offending stain. Whatever you do, do not scrape or try to rub it off- all you will do is scratch the paint and rub the acids deeper into the finish."

 

Good tip. I didn't think trying to wipe it off the same day would grind it down to the primer. My method is: Hauk, spit, wipe; hauk, spit, wipe; hauk, spit, wipe. I keep a set of scratcless towels handy in my cab for the unjust occasion.
