Just use tire shine foam, the one in the aerosol can, spray it in a rag ,and rub it in. You might have to use a couple of applications but it works like a charm.

Another for Adam's VRT. It is a safe product. Pretty sure it is water based.

Don't use tire shine. A lot of it is petroleum based and will streak etc.

Those of you who are using the LP ICE how do you use it on plastic? I put it on then wipe and buffed it and the next day it was white again?
Am I just supposed to leave it on and not buff it out?
thanks for your help.

The heat gun did not last more than a few days for me. I applied

and I follow it a day or two later with

and that has lasted a year so far and still looks great.

I've heard SC1 is really good stuff, I might try this Adams VRT though since all of ya'll speak highly of it. Though, I dont really have very much black trim on this '03.

As I was checking the Adams VRT out, there is a newer product called Super VRT, which is much better...... http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-510-a...r-vrt-kit.aspx
I'm in for the kit, looks like great stuff along with the cleaner.

You can't go wrong with the Adams line, I have been building and showing trucks for many years and the best I have found comes from Adams. Don't forget the buttery wax and most importantly the detail spray.

Well for the past 5 years I have been using Pledge on all my exterior pieces. It works very well for me.
