Starfi, I think any Ford dealer can enter your vin number and print one for you.

You actually have to call them. Just tell them what you want and they will pull up a part number. I know from calling around that they are one, if not the, cheapest when it comes to ordering smal parts like this. I just bought the bladerunner front end emblem from them for $10. Everyone else I called wanted like $20 or $25. The sell it for very little mark up is my guess.
