Post Rear Window Trim

Does anyone have a fix for the staining of the trim around the rear window. I have scrubbed to no end.

Thanks LIGHTNINROD. I'll give it a try. To be honest I didn't realize it was plastic. Duh.... St. Augustine Is a great place. A lot of construction going on at the moment. Macon is nice to. I like the Museum at Warner Robbins. I'm an airplane nut too.
