A little quickie boat detail, nothing special.

Boat:

My 2002 Ranger 520vx Comanche, Mercury 225 EFI.

Products:

Megs gold class
bucket
MF mitt
MF towels
Megs 205
Megs 105
Megs NXT wax
Uber green, blue, black pads
P/C 7424xp
Stoner's glass cleaner
Megs QD spray

I wanted to get to the between part of my consoles, under the plexiglass and on top of the console because the previous owner had his GPS puck between the starboard glass and console, scratching things up quite a bit. Took the starboard glass off and washed off then went to town with a green pad with 105 on the one console and the glass, getting the noticeable scratches out of both, surprisingly enough. Then did 205 w/a blue pad, then NXT with a black pad. I was pretty happy. The port side I skipped the 105 step since no severe scratches were seen. I also did the same to both fenders since they take a beating from the sun. Need to get some covers for them. The rest of the boat has been waxed recently and is still holding up well. Washed and wiped down the other surfaces then hit with QD spray and a MF towel. She sparkles once again.

A clean boat catches more fish, right?

Looks Great!

Have you used the 105/205 on Gelcoat?

I have some of each and was planning to try and see how it works
