So the f150 I bought the day before I bought it the guy out detail doctor on it the as seen on tv stuff for faded bumpers bed rails and all and he did it Rained and I had already bought the truck but it leaked and left streaks that I couldn't wash out. I waxed spots and it didn't work. Rubbing compound with work but I can't do the whole truck in that... It's on my mirrors and everything, truck looks filthy after a wash, please any help would be necessary.

I'm not trying to be rude either, but if you don't have the time or ability to do some reading and learning about detailing, you may want to take the truck to a professional detailer to get it fixed. Without knowing what you are doing, you may do yourself more harm than good just trying various things to get that crap off.
If you could post some pics, maybe some of the pro detailers here could give you some suggestions.

I actually wouldn't use clay without getting an opinion from someone who can look at what the problem is. A clay bar is for lifting contaminants out of the paint, I don't think it's the right product for removing scum.
