Dont know if my Ford has these but in older cars and trucks there were drain plugs in the cabin that were for draining the cabin. But, you can also use them for cleaning the truck, meaning if in my case, you leave the back glass window down during the night and it rains you can use these to help air out the cabin.

So I have a 2010 F150 Platinum edition and would like to know where the cabin drain plugs are located and how to remove them.
