Zymol cleaner or wax????

I was at wal-mart yesterday looking for a polish and wax. I have some scratches and swrils and oxidation so I was planning on applying a polish then following up with a wax. I saw the zymol which a lot of people on here swear by but it was only a cleaner wax. Does this wliminate the need for a polish? Also how good does the wax hold up. My original plan was to go with meguires polish followed up by zymol wax, any input on this would be appreciated.

I've been using the off the shelf Zymol for a couple of years now. It's supposed to use only Carnuba wax and no petroleum based products. Real easy to apply and really brings a shine to the rig.

My sig pic is just after applying a coat. I usually apply it every 6 months.
