2001 island blue/ it has cracks in the rain gutters? on top.

 

I had a black 99 that had the exact same problem! Lucky for me, it was still under warrantee! Took it to the dealer, they agreed and repainted the entire truck under warrantee! Ford definitely a painting problem with their trucks!

 

Finally was able to get a hold of the Service Manager. Claims he didn't have my complaint on file, so I had to fill out another complaint form. Of course the first question I'm asked is if I have warrenty coverage? What should milage have to do with the paint job? I could let the truck sit outside for the 2 years I've had it and still get the same result.

Have to wait and see how long this process takes.. anyone shed some light on this process?
