Hi all, Need your help on how to strip/remove old wax/polish from my truck. I want to srart over & switch back to Cherry wet wax from the Zaino polish I have on it now. Any suggestion's on how to clean the old stuff off ? I could leave it wear off since the Zaino polish does not seem to last long for me,but looking for a faster solution.

Well you will find in just about every thread related to this topic people time and time again suggest washing your truck with "Dawn". I just detailed my truck today and used a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water per Intel's suggestion to strip old wax. Hope this helps you.

 

Dawn won't strip Zaino. You'll have to do an Acid bath or you'll have to use a polish on your whole truck. I know cherry wet wax is a cleaner wax so several coats of it could strip zaino.
