liquid glass removal... a response from liquidglass.com

I posed the question of whether or not Dawn will strip off LG and this was their reply:

Dear Marcus:

Dish washing detergents, such as Dawn, generally will strip Liquid Glass Polish/Finish. However, it is best to still use a good cleaner product, such as the one mentioned below, to finish the job.

Thank you for your e-mail.

Sincerely,
Michael Trueba Jr.

I think he's saying that the email references a product "mentioned below" and there's nothing mentioned below. What did LG recommend for removal?

Maybe they're talking about the LG Pre-Cleaner. Never saw it, but the can makes mention of it.

confusion

Sorry for the confusion. The "such as the one mentioned below" is referring to Meguiar's #9 SMR. Here is my original question to them:

"I'm in the process of doing my twice a year wax removal, polish, and rewax. I'm certain that the polish I'm using (Meguiar's #9 SMR) removes any existing wax, but I'm wondering if liquid glass can be removed with a dishwashing detergent like Dawn?"

Pro's C-45 Liquid Fallout Remover would remove it. Follow it up with the C-60 car wash to neutralize it.
