i don't have that model leer, i have the one that came stock on the 00 HD's from ford, and its a leer, and all i have to say is the quality is crap! the cover is separating cuz they used cheap glue, and the front seal fell off. not sure about the 700 though. i do know everybody with the 00 HD cover is having problems with them though. haven't heard too much negative things about the 700, so its a toss up i guess
