Cool Over buffed

When I purchased my 98 f150 i noticed that the paint looked good, however when the sun is out and you look at it from an angle you see a load of swirles. Looks like some one over buffed it. Is there anything I can do about this?

There are several swirl remover products. Meguires, Mothers, and 3M are things you can get locally. They work really well. Just rub in and buff off, then top it with a good carnuba wax.

I'd say Meguiar's #9 is the best one for hand use. 3m SMR needs to really be worked in because it has LOTS of oils in it.

use some swirl remover made by meguairs or another reputable product. What color is your truck?
