Simple answer....probably......it may have to be reprogrammed....of course, it may be totally incompatable with the 03....the easiest this to do is CALL MIKE

Good to see you again, it's been awhile!
Yes, we can reprogram that Superchip so it will work on a 2003 7.3L Powerstroke diesel vehicle, no problem!
It *will* have to be reprogrammed before you can use it of course, as the computer code will have to match, But once that is done, sure, it will work just fine. The EEC-V PCM's in the PSD's didn't see the same changes that the gas motor PCM's did, so that module will be fine to use once it's been reprogrammed with the code for the 2003 vehicle you want to use it on.
