THANK YOU DR. Troyer

Took my little Cobra to the track today. 48 degrees, 52 % humidity, and sunny.
First pass after the 45 minute drive :

.495 light (shucks)
1.886 60 ft.
5.077 330 ft.
7.685 1/8 mile
94.55 mph
9.871 1000 ft
11.770 1/4 ET
120.9 MPH

second pass 1/2 hour later

.544 light
1.77 60 ft.
4.904 330 ft.
7.528 1/8 mile
93.55 mph
9.76 1000 ft
11.652 1/4 ET
119.61 MPH

Looked at the 2nd slip, aired up the tires, and went home with a
BIG smile on my face.
All this with a 4# lower, your single program Superchip, and the
10" air filter.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I can hardly wait for that
2nd program you are setting up for me.

Hi Marc,

I know you called today, my apologies as I was tied up for a good bit of today - I made a post here once every so often today, just as I could get to them while taking calls all day - so I just now got to this new post of yours - Excellent!

You're running 11.65 ET's *already*, that's impressive. And you're doing that with more weight & less work on your Cobra than MM&FF had with their '03 Cobra when they got into the 11.60's a while back! Heh-heh, I love it.

I can see the future unfolding - you're real happy right now with those 11.60's, but you'll want to go 10's before it's all over - I know you too well................

Nice light on that first pass, you *almost* nailed that .500 tree! If you don't red-light once in awhile, you're not trying. Nice light on the second pass, too - a .544 light (or .044, depending on whose "system" you use) is quick enough to put a gate job on a lot of people.

120 mph trap speeds, too - very nice.

A few simple mods, good air and a sharp driver go a long way!

Nice times, Marc - thanks for your post & talk to you soon on you new program!
