I have no idea of what goes into making a cheesecake but I can tell you anything you want to know about the results!
No mass manufacture is going to g othrough all that trouble to get it "right"
plus the freshness factor can only be had from homemade.
In fact there is a cheesecake "curing" in the fridge right now with my name on it.
I can hardly wait till the morning when it will be done.

Thumbs up

Hey all, I just got back from Detroit, NO Cheesecake either and I had to roast the bird!! Anyways we drove the seanic route, West VA turnpike. For any of you with a chip, you really should try those hills and turns. The ford was eatting up those miles and holding cruise like we were on flat road. Had to come off of cruise because it was just too fast for some of those curves. That chip sure puts a lot of power into the engine

I think I'll go whip up a cheesecake now that I'm back home

Hey Tina,

You make cheesecake too? I'll bet your hubby devours it! There's none left here already, that's for sure!

Sounds like you had a nice drive, even if you did have to roast the bird.

Wink

I can hardly remeber the cheesecake I mentioned in the above post cause it's been so long since I finished it.
