No, it will not. Each Superchip is programmed for the specific vehicle, and, it's also programmed for each different software revision; the same identical vehicle can have dozens of different computer codes throughout the course of the same model year.

Each vehicle has to use a different Superchip. The only time they can work on another vehicle is only when the other vehicle has the exact same computer code that the Superchip was originally made for.

Mike- thanks for your note. I figured as much, but wanted to verify. How do I determine my computer code - must be on a sticker somewhere......

 

Dear rikker,

For the 1997 & later F-150, the computer code can be found on a sticker in between the passenger door hinges, in the front of the passenger door frame. (Just open the passenger door, and look in between the door hinges) It will always be 3 letters and a number on '97 & later F-150's.
