Yeah, I kinda thought that's what we were dealing with, since nothing else worked! By Federal law, the dealers here in America are required to place a "Notice of Modification" sticker under the hood, identifying exactly what they did when they reflash a computer. In your case, they obviously didn't do it. We find that this gets done only about 50% of the time, on average, that they actually place the sticker like they should, so we're used to seeing this happen.
The bottom line is that you'll be up and running, at last! Hopefully that'll help give you a Merry Christmas!
