Hey Mike, I have yet another question for you. My brother is very intrested in buying a chip, but I dont see one for a standard 7.3 diesel. Hes got a 1994 F 350. Im sure superchips makes one but I figured I ask you first. Thanks

Dear Blackened Ford,
No, actually we don't start on those until the Powerstroke diesel made it's debut, which I believe was in the 1995 model year, if memory serves. The pre-Powerstroke diesels we don't do. You might want to double-check to make sure with your brother, to determine whether or not it's a Powerstroke, but I don't think that it is. At any rate, the computer code will be the final say on this, so if you can find the computer code, I can tell you for sure. If it's a Powerstroke, it will have a code of 3 letters and a number, and it will be on a sticker on the computer itself. You *might* get lucky and find a code sticker in one of the doorframes, (check driver side first, in between the door hinges, like always, then passenger side, the go to the computer itself).
Best of luck, and give me a shout if you need to!
