Hi Rand,

After our phone conversation today, we will be working on a straight process of elimination. You mentioned that the computer might have been updated, so you're checking your paperwork to determine is that is the case, and then get back to me with those upshift points, so we can determine if this is due to a ECU reflash, or if we need to look elsewhere. With hundreds of other VXX2's out there running just fine, we're most likely going to find that there is something else going on, and we'll get to the bottom of it!
