9100 tuner or sct 4 program chip
I will have MAC headers, exhaust, high flow cats, and intake.Electric fans, RPM ported and polished upper/lower intakes.
Wich would give most power with drivability and be a safe tune for my motor?Whats the differences , the chip is cheaper but I am not sure of the advantages of the tuner.I have heard some horror stories from both sides.

Its very simple. The SCT 9100 tuner has the capability of having the programs upgraded via email from your Tuner, where as the chip must be sent back and reprogrammed.
Therefore if you decide to add more bolt ons, or you want one of the 3 tunes the SCT 9100 holds tweeked, it is just a matter of loading that information once your Tuner provides you the email.
Once Mike T. showed me how easy this is, it was a no brainer for me.
Spend the extra $$ and get that option.
Besides it is easier hooking up the 9100 through the OBD2 port than it is removing the computer to install the chip everytime you want to make a change.
