Question for Mike or anybody that knows

je,
Any setting you enter with the 1715 that is different than what is or was in the stock pcm will throw a code, I asked Mike the same question. Its a soft code and will not turn on the cel indicator.
To get to the stock tire size with the 1715 scroll all the way down in tire size (or was it all the way up) one or the other for the "stock" setting, and that will clear the 1635 code, and return the cpm to the stock tire size.
Again, when you edit the tire size from stock the code will always be present, doesn't hurt a thing.
A good day to you!

Hi John,
What triumphman kindly responded with is exactly right - that 1635 code will be present *any* time you plug in a different gear ratio or tire size than what came from the factory. That will *not* cause any problems, or cause a light to be displayed on the dash, or anything else - it's just going to show up if you do a complete code scan.
1635 simply means "Tire/Axle Out of Range." In other words, it doesn't match the *original* hardware that came on the vehicle from the factory.
