Hello, Mike - I'd sent an email about a week ago, to the compuserve account you list in your signature. Haven't heard back yet, didn't know if you'd just not had the opportunity or if it is no longer valid...

Hi galaxie,
If you haven't received a response in that amount of time, please accept my apologies, it's probably a safe assumption that your email either didn't arrive, as it's rare for us not to respond within 24-48 hrs to any email, or perhaps had HTML formatting in it, in which case CompuServe's email client won't handle it, and all we can see is what's in the subject line. When that happens, we'll still respond to let the person know we weren't able to open the email, and to please re-send in another format, or give us a call if convenient.
I'd say you'll probably want to just re-send your email, if you don't mind, and when you do, please let me know that it's you, meaning mention your F-150 Online screen name (Galaxie), so I'll have some point of reference knowing who I'm talking to, and can give it specific attention.![](https://www.f150online.com/f150board/smile.gif)
