Does anyone know if the 04 F-150 Screw will fit on a 248x lift dynojet, above ground?

You will just have to take it to the shop and see, as it depends on how long the lift is, and what kind of distance it has behind the vehicle once the vehicle is on the lift, in the phase where they are raising and lowering the vehicle - see, there are all kinds of above-ground lift/elevator type installations.

A Dynojet 248 is a pretty old unit in terms of it's design, though they are still made - and if it is one of the older units, as long as it is well maintained and has current software, can get the numbers you need, don't worry. Anyway, you may find that a SuperCrew will not fit if it's an older installation - the last one we worked on would just barely take a Lighting on it, but then, it was built years & years ago, and was never built with the intention of running trucks on it - it was a Mustang shop, basically.

Another option is to call the shop and ask them for a measurement you can take to see if it will fit so you can measure your truck and see before you go there - they might be able to do that for you - but usually you have to take it there and just see if it will go on.

With our set up, we can put any Ford truck up to at least 1 ton on it as far as length goes, and have room to spare - but then we designed it to be fully capable of handling these trucks from the beginning, and our unit is brand new, so that's a big difference.

Good luck!
