Tuners

I'm interested in a tuner for my 2004 F-150 5.4 Scab. There seem to be several options available, and honestly, there's so much information out there that it's difficult to avoid confusion. Question is, is there really that much difference between different tuners?

I got an XCal2 custom tuned by Troyer Performance. I’ve had it for over a year and it works flawlessly, really unleashed the power of my 04 5.4L truck

I recommend Troyer Performance and the XCal2

There are a few who have posted about beating a hemi. I have not raced anyone but the X-Cal2 tuner by Troyer is a good place to start. It is the best bang for the buck and Troyer customer service is awesome. Mike Troyer called me on a Sunday to make sure my truck was running okay after having some problems with the tunes.

Can’t say for sure because every tuck is individual and runs a little different. I got a 4x2 04 5.4L and I squash hemi’s, no problem.

Xcal2, had it less thana month so far. I'm 1-0 vs the Hemi.
Xcal2 is custom to your truck, Edge is Plug N Play (That's about all I know about it)
