Chip Stacking

Has anyone done this on the gas engines? I know it is done on the diesels all the time. You know, like adding a chip, and then add a programmer on top of it . Any one here try it, and how were the results.

Hi AzFordGuy,

As the other poster mentioned, you cannot do that on these gas engine trucks, it doesn't work like that.

Actually, even with the diesels are properly custom tuned, that becomes unnecessary - see, a lot of the diesel products really only dump in more fuel, and ignore things like the pedal map & other areas that also add additional power - but when properly *custom* tuned, you get all of that without having to spend all that extra money to "stack" those products even on those diesels - just FYI.

If we can be of any assistance with tuning for you, or just to answer any questions, please feel free to give us a call at our number listed below & we'll be happy to help.

Good luck with your truck,
