Sure, I can tune it - but I would recommend first doing a conversion over to mass air, so that the truck has some much more modern capabilities.
Give me a cal to go over this in more detail - heck,m it might be a good idea to find a wrecked 1996 F-150 with a 5.0 or 5.8 in it, and just take the entire PM, wiring harness, MAF meter, OBDII port & everything, and just convert the truck over to OBDII so it can be datalogged in the kind of detail like the 1996 & newer vehicles can.
