Edge Updates?

How do you know when EDGE releases the newest version on there upadates?
I wendt to there site and all I saw was you had to download the newest version. I may already have it, how can I tell?

You ahve to return your truck to stock, hook up the evolution to your computer, boot up the Lightning software, then check for updates that way.
