Didn't think mine was very accurate either. It said 17mpg for the 30 miles on the way to work and only 15mpg on the way home, I drove the same speed both ways. I'll figure out what it is over the next couple weeks tho once I go through a couple tanks of fuel.

MPGs

ok, just got back from a trip over the weekend. On LVL 2. Truck computer said 17 MPG, edge said 18.5. I drove right at 1000 miles doing the speed limit +/- 2 mph. I did have to let the truck run for 30 minutes one morning to clear the ice off the windshield. I don't own an ice scraper! ( I love NC). Anyway I'm headed out again this weekend about the same distance just a different location. this time I will figure the MPG manually too and see what happens.

oh, I did put my foot in it as couple times because of idiots! But I love the power the edge gives me.

Edge advised in the beginning that 1.5 or 1.6 was the best for WOT fuel.

I was wondering if I have my edge programmed right for what exhuast I have and what gas I run. I have a 2004 F150 5.4 supercrew with a siso 14" magnaflow exhaust and the new EDGE (15051) set at the stock level 2 settings with only the speed limiter changed and I run 93 oct gas. I have tried some of the settings I have read on the web and cant seem to find one I like. So far I think my best milage is with the level 2 stock tune. Is my set up okay or is there something better I can do to tweak it out a little more. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

If you are running 93 you could bump the timing on lvl 2 +1.5. Or you could run lvl 3 with the timing bumped +1.

Im gonna give those two a shot. Yesterday I tuned level two to timing +2 and at idle if I just gave it a little bit of gas slowly it kinda felt like it wanted to die out, so then I changed it back to 0 because I didnt want to hurt anything but the take off was nice at +2. Im really looking for the most mpg tune. Thanks for the help I have been reading on this site for a while and finally decided to join in.

First please use punctuation. This isnt a text message. Next your WOT shift should be no less than 300rpm more than you highest shift. I have no clue for the sound. Could be your exhaust droning. Also the Edge is designed for a stock truck. The airraid may cause a Lean condition as the Edge is not tuned for that. There is a guy on here, Bill (ASEMechanic) that can custom tune the edge for a fee. Post your tune and we can see what you have going on and offer some advise. www.powerhungryperformance.com
