Yup, I can attest that tunes from either of these tuners are equal to (or greater than) those that come from TP, and in MUCH less time... Plus they will make any "driveability" changes that you want, as long as it's safe for the motor.

Question Tp

I wonder at what point a person says WTF. Good product with bad Customer service eventually diminishes the quality of the product.

Stealth your comment about being lame and unprofessional seems a bit off. The guy has spent months trying to fix problem. How else does he get the leverage necessary to get his problem rectified? Hopefully this is a fluke with Troyer and not a reoccurring problem.

Totally agree with all these comments. I've seen it happen numerous times in some of the other 'enthusiast communities' I belong to. Small company makes a name for themselves with a great/innovative product... demand goes up... product stays in pace with needs/wants of the "industry"... customer service drags down the company due to inefficiencies... leg humpers resort to name calling when their favorite leg gets called out for legit issue.

I myself have nothing but good to say about the customer service at TP Anytime i have ever called i have been helped immediately by someone. If Crystal or Annita could not help i have always been called back by the following day by Neal.Anything i have ever ordered has always been shipped immediately. The only thing that sucks is the wait on the tunes which everyone already knows about!!!!I agree that they do need another person to help with the tuning to reduce the wait to a more timely manor.
just my 2 cents!!

TP is cool I to have had a hard time getting a hold of the man (Mike) but if something is good its worth the wait every time I have order some thing including two sets of tune they where here when said or before, One time I odred off the website and the next day I got a call from I think Crystal and said we don't have that in stock so you mite want to order it some where else, every time I called even after 5 the phone got answered must have been a DYNO day now that is customer service. Some people are impossible to please ???????????

Take a look at the facts here

Bermbasher joined on 7/12 and his first post was about problems with his brother's truck. In later posts he had a dyno sheet and mentioned the truck was an 05.

Now he claims to have a new truck - an intake and a tune from Troyer.

Sorry, but I don't think so

Kenny

I've only ever had on line dealings with Mike and have never bought anything from him. He is on a lot and helps a lot of people. That kind of guy would rarely let a customer go by the wayside. With the huge number of people that have used Troyer Performance tuners with great results and one new guy on the forum posting only bad experiences and pumping another product, I would take the post under advisement.

Maybe Mike will jump in and tell the other half of the story. He is definitely a stand up guy, he will make good. He always does.

Or he can just ban him from the site, its happened before.

But with a new owner and troyer not on here anymore, i doubt it will happen.
