Most people write the V6s off, but I have been playing around with them for a long time. My first car was a 2000 v6 mustang (3.8L based, same as truck 4.2L engine but with shorter stroke). I've even pushed my 3.8L to 450rwhp and a 10sec pass (using my twin turbo kit and stock engine). I've got a 4.2L motor that I am going to drop into it when I get some time.
