I second that.
When your tunes give you so much more throttle response, you can't help but stomping down on the accelerator. Expect to see a drop in mileage until you learn to lighten your foot.

Also, don't forget that the speed limiter is designed for specific gear/tire combinations in order to prevent over-revving the driveshaft. Keep this in mind...
A standard F150 with 3.73 gears and 275/65-18 tires has a driveshaft speed of about 3840 RPM at the 96 MPH speed limit. With 4.10 gears and the same tires, you'll see about 4220 RPM at the 96 MPH speed limit. Go with a lower profile tire (275/55-18) and that number jumps to around 4100 and 4500 (3.73 and 4.10) at 96 MPH.
I don't have any specific numbers regarding recommended driveshaft speeds but there are some improtant facts to consider that weigh heavily on maximum recommended RPMs.
Anyway... As a general rule, unless you are in a controlled environment, it is not a good idea to exceed the maximum vehicle speed limit. Oh... and always wear your seatbelt.

- Driveshaft Length
- Driveshaft Angle
- Output Torque at a given RPM
