Running lean..will tune correct problem

Since I installed high flow cats on my 97' w/ 201,500 miles its been running lean and I replaced the front 02 sensors. It ran good for about a month and now here's what it does: Cranks and idles fine, if I run like 10 mph it'll run & sound like a cam is on it, then runs strong until I let off the gas and it'll start to hesitate shudder until I mash the gas again, then when I slow down like to pull in the driveway it'll start spuddering. Does anybody know what I can do to get this truck running right? DarrenWS6 says there's a guy here that tunes trucks that can give me some advice on a tune. I'm not familiar w/ tuning trucks so any help would be appreciated. I'd rather not tune it because spending lots of money on a truck w/ the high miles is hard to do. so if someone has another solution please share it.

I'm not completely sure that your problem is tune related but just give Justin at VMPTuning.com a email.
