if you ordered the Xcal and the tunes all at the same time, the tunes are already on the Xcal and ready to put into your truck.

1. go to the SCT website and click "tech support".
2. select "Device Updates and downloads".
3. Then in the drop down menu, select "X3 Ford - P/N 3000".
4. in the second drop down, choose "Windows device drivers".

After you have gone through all that. Go back and repeat steps 1-3.
5. in the second drop down menu, select "device update software".
6. follow the instructions for the software, and you done and ready to hook up your Xcal to your computer.

if you have any question, or something happens, try calling SCT, as they will probably be able to help you out more.

I had the same troubles trying to find the software....

Hey, I'm on vacation right now, but it sounds like you got it figured out. The tunes are already loaded onto the device, so for the x3, just go into the custom tuning section and flash them onto the vehicle.
