SLR Motorsports Device for 2005 F-150

Looking for better MPG on 5.4 L engine
Have hypertech programmer but MPG is 1MPG improvement @ best.
Has anyone used SLR device & if so what were the results.
I don't need comments on driving slower Etc I'm already doing that. Best MPG
is 17 with chip 16MPG without @ 62-63 MPH.

Ok plenty of comments-- but has anyone used the SLR? Opinions everyone has one. I'm looking for comments of people who used the device or knows of someone who has.

Buy a custom tuned Xcal2 or Xcal3 from VMPTuning.com ... Custom tunes are going to produce the best results. Besides, I've never heard of this "SLR Motorsports Device".

That's the magic chip, Thumper, that works in every f150 from year 1990 to 2008! Guaranteed to save you 3-6mpg and give you +50hp and +50 torque! Wow! And only $69.99 + $5.99 shipping.

In 2001, the inventer even created a chip that would improve the performance of a 2003 vehicle! (I may have the years wrong, but the chronology is correct). When a guy can predict the future, you just know you're getting a quality product!

Hahaha, thumper, I better not catch you doing that again.

A good tuner can get into the PCM and optimize some of the parameters that will help MPG, the factory still leave some things on the table due to all the compromises they have to make.

You heard it here first, folks! If you currently have an XCal custom tuned by Justin, dump it and buy the SLR! And if you do this, Thumper continues to be your friend.

And really, just think about it - There's no way a responsible, reputable and time-proven tuner like Justin (or Bill or Mike) could ever compete with the designer of a magical device who can forsee the future.

Even if they are dirty, you could still wear them backwards and they would be clean!

Guys, guys, guys ... I was just kidding. The SLR Motorsports Device is only better than the Gryphon and TP tuned Xcal2. The SLR Motorsports isn't as good as the TP tuned Xcal3 though. It's some crazy stuff ...

Now, now - no "flip-flopping" on this issue. We have you in writing as endorsing SLR over VMP! I know, it was probably thoughts of all the underwear you were going to have to give away to your "new friends" that's making you nervous, but it's too late to back out now!
