Safe to run Xcal3 with increased line pressure?

I just got my truck back from the tranny shop after a month. When I picked it up he said he increased the line pressure for the tranny to make the shifts firmer because he said that would help it. My question to you guys is would it still be safe to run my custom VMP tuned Xcal3 or would that somehow mess things up? Thanks guys.

I'm sure justin upped the line pressure in his custom tune. How did the tranny shop adjust it? Via tune or internal?

Internal would be my best guess. They don't really do anyting with tuning. If that's the case would it be ok?

really IDK...But if the trannys line pressure was bunped up and then your tune bumps it up agian that maybe to much...I'd get a hold of VMP and ask.

If they did a valve body type shift kit, making holes larger, and/or removing or pulling accumulator springs, than that is fine to run it in addition to a tune that raises shifting line pressure.
