Anyone use handheld Gryphon? Have early model 97 (03-96 build date)
I tried installing edge and found out my truck was actually built in 96. Wondering what my programming/tuner options are.
1997 (built 03-96) F 150 Lariat 3.55, 295/75/16 nitto terra's. I have contacted Bill about his handheld. Haven't spoke to him yet.

Update
Spoke to Bill and discovered that the chip is flashable. After installing the edge it began downloading information from the computer... stopped at 5% and read trouble communicating with computer. Seems there may be an issue with the computer and Bill advised maybe not pushing the p[oint so much with the Programmer but suggested a single position or multi position chip. Also I guess there is the option of replacing computer though it looks like they are around 300 bucks. Has anyone had this problem? Or replaced a Computer.. probems etc..
