Thanks Blue, unless I hear different I think I'm going to leave it programed. Here they plug in to see if the computer has gone through its full test, tail pipe, and no check engine light.

I think that is about the same thing they do here as well as test your gas cap.

Several other people have commented in this forum in different threads that the tune will not cause failure - in fact, your vehicle may even be running cleaner than stock if they do a "sniff" test. I'd simply disconnect the programmer from the OBD port so they won't have any trouble plugging their tester in. In my case, when I have to do it, I also plan to remove the programmer from the dash since it's so easy and it gives them one less thing to find fault with.
