i am looking at buying a hypertech for my 07, the guy says he returned it back to stock. when i asked him if it was unlocked, he said what is unlocked mean? can you push some buttons or something to verify that it is unlocked?

 

no way to tell? no one knows? the guy sold his truck and if i buy it and its not unlocked i got a paperweight!
